2. Only submit authenticated or certified true copies of documents in support of your application. Otherwise, the same will be ground for the cancellation of your application and revocation of your permit, if later found;
3. Original copies of documents submitted online are required to be presented during the conduct of actual inspection;
4. Applicant shall be properly informed if a deficiency is found in his/her application and documents he/she has submitted/ presented and advised to ensure his/her compliance;
5. In applications for renewal of permit, compliant business establishments will be given preference to apply online.

This Online Business Permit Application Service is managed by the City Information and Communication Technology Office of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga (CICTO). Access to and use of the Service is conditioned in your acceptance of and compliance with the Terms & Conditions. Any applicant found to have an intention to deceive, mislead or misrepresent will cause the cancellation of his/her application and revocation of his/her permit, if later found.
